Sometimes you just need to blow out the back of a house. This house might look like a typical “colonial” style house from the street but around the back it is something different.

Rittenhouse Builders handled this tricky renovation project in Harleysville, PA. The clients wanted modern spaces. The existing house was far from modern. By opening up the entire back of the house and adding a modern addition with lots of glass plus a detached garage and indor basketball court / exercise space they got the modern they were looking for. Hats off to Christiana Factory Studio for coming up with just the right cabinetry that enhances the spaces and architecture.
